Data Acquisition

Developed and implemented a data sourcing strategy in preparation for the current contract expiration. Conducted a comparison between data source vendors for prescription and dollar sales data. 

Vendor Processes and Relationship

Created a framework for managing operational mechanisms between the company and data vendor;  established relationship maps, workflows, Standard Operating Procedures (SOP's), and Standard Practice Instructions (SPI's); defined roles and responsibilities between the organizations; and incorporated a process improvement approach.

Issues Management

Implemented an issues management model between sales and marketing operations and IT.  Delivered a repository for operational issues, process failures, and accumulated knowledge;  defined roles and responsibilities in the issues management context; and centralized the process for managing issues.

Streamline Governance

Revised governance to align with the new sales and marketing operations organization and new processes.

Vendor Scorecard

Designed and implemented a system of measuring and managing data vendor performance.   Implemented performance metrics, mechanisms for corrective action and continuous improvement, and a system of performance tracking for competitive bidding.
