Workforce Transformation

Transformed a pharmaceutical sales and marketing operations organization to focus on customer value.  Developed a Business Process Excellence (BPE) methodology using elements from Six-Sigma and Lean practices.  From the methodology an adult learning program was created that was used to train over 300 people in the marketing and sales operations organization; then coached teams in the application of the methodology to reduce waste and improve processes within their functions, resulting in $33.7 million in savings.

Acquisition/Merger Integration

Integrated the Portfolio Management Process of two merging companies by working with teams in preparation for closing and post-closing of the acquisition.

Decommissioned a pharmaceutical sales operations organization as the company was acquired.
